Who is a cyberbully? Anyone who uses technology and the internet to purposefully try to hurt another person. Hurting a person doesn't have to be physically with a punch. It can be done online. Creating lies about another person and spreading it through an email, website, tweet or post hurts others. Someone why creates hurt for others over and over again would be considered a bully.

  • Cyberbullying includes spreading rumors, gossip, posting pictures of someone without their consent, stealing someone's password to assume their identity, or posting threatening or offensive comments about someone.
